REASONS FOR IVA FAILURE

If you are unable to make the monthly payments which you have agreed at the time IVA for any reason, your IVA will simply fail. Possible IVA failure can occur by the insolvency practitioner, if you stop making your monthly payments as because you cannot afford to pay them. You will be still left owing the majority of your original debt, even if your IVA fails at the very least. At this moment, your insolvency practitioner may give you two options; either they will force you to go to the bankrupt, especially if you are homer with equity in your property.

They can either update the IVA register which will confirm your IVA failure or leave you to deal with your creditors by yourself once again. You must get IVA help from your insolvency practitioner as soon as possible, if you are worried that you can no longer afford your IVA’s monthly payments. Always it doesn’t mean that your IVA will simply fail, if you unable to make further payments as you have agreed at the time of IVA. You should take help from the company or your insolvency practitioner for supervising your IVA, if you feel you are in that position.
